Good Morning my Blogging Buddies,
                       How are you doing?
I would like to Thank you for your kind words on my last post it means so much to me that you are there. I am having cardiac problems. My dad  passed away at 47 yrs old from a heart attack.  I am hopeful that  modern medicine will be on my side.

Not much going on here ~cold but sunny.
We had about 4 inches of snow yesterday.
However, it is the first day of spring and I
am sure good days will be here soon. :)
Have a great day. Happy Spring!!

Blessing from me to you!

Blooming plants

Good Morning,
I  hope all is well with you and yours!
The sun finally came out today. Yesterday, was a snowy day it didn't amount to much but it was still a was yucky day.
Getting the house tidied  up today to celebrate my grandson Edwards{8} and husbands{61} birthday's tomorrow. They both share the same birthday.

The other day I took a few photos of the blooming plants in my dining room. Plants seem to do well in that room.
Well, I guess I should get moving and clean.

Hope, you like my pop of spring.
I used Picmonkey for the collage and edits.

 Cari Amici,
                            How are you all doing?
We had a beautiful sunny day today 45 degrees, and now we are expecting another snow storm overnight into Wednesday. Hopefully, it won't be a lot.
I need spring to arrive already- I need to stop eating!!
                                        ~This is Why ~
                                           Calzones
This is a recipe that I made on my own no recipe book.
                                      so bare with me.

I used pre-made pizza dough from the market.
                               Added flour to my surface
Cut the dough into three pieces, I rolled each one out at a time and  filled.
( If you want you can cut the dough in two pieces or leave it whole and follow the same directions).
I cut up pepperoni, ham. Shredded mozzarella
I didn't measure the ingredients- but I would say about a cup of each ingredient.

Add the ingredients to the center length.

Roll the back side in, fold the sides in, roll the front over. Put the fold side down on an oiled baking pan drizzle a small amount of olive oil on the top (or to your hand) rubber the calzone. Use a 375 oven for about 15 to 20 minutes or until  golden brown. It will smell wonderful!!!
Here you go- cool for 5 minutes cut it into piece and serve with your favorite pasta sauce.

I hope you give it a try. Enjoy!!

My next attempt is to make from scratch chocolate cake with chocolate ganache. ( a recipe from) http://www.mybakingaddiction.com/the-best-chocolate-cake-recipe/

Blessings to you.
